I joined my friend Steve Wright on a trip to Gloucestershire to find some wild garlic which I had been struggling to find locally.

When we arrived at the location I could smell the garlic as soon as I got out of the van and WOW what a surprise, field after field, woodland awash with the white flowers of garlic, it would seem all the worlds supply had landed in this one spot.
