Bovington, Dorset
Deep in the English Countryside.

It was my 62nd birthday on May 19 2023 and my wife wanted to take me out for the day and something different, so a trip to the depths of Bovington, home of the Royal Armoured Corps, and a day out photographing the apes at the park.

I have been several times in the past, but we wanted to spend the day there, but of course that was disturbed by factors beyond our control and we had to leave early, though my legs had just about done all they could, so we left about 3pm rather than 5pm as planned.

Saying that I think I managed to get some pretty good shots though I have no idea of their adopted names. My favourite of the day was that of the Wooley Monkey who just looks desperate to get out of that cage.
